  1. MASHED KOHLRABI?!?!?! How did I not know this was a thing? I let so many get limp cause I don’t really like them roasted, this will be an awesome change up. Also, I assume those are… not grocery store eggs, more similar to our hens’ lifestyle – do you notice how intense the colors are? The whites are the whitest egg whites ever (which I never even noticed in grocery store egg, until I ate fresh ones).
    Love these recipe roundups!

    • I know! I’m starting to try mashing more and more vegetables lately. As for kohlrabi – this was really a winner for us! A close second to cutting it into matchsticks and adding it to slaw for our fish tacos. Those two methods were what helped us get through a lot of our “rabi drawer” that developed by late fall.

And yes, we are such a fan of fresh eggs! The quality just can’t be beat and is noticeable compared to grocery eggs. We are definitely envious of your little roost :-). xo

    • That’s great! And another recent favorite of ours is the Brown Cow Whole Milk Greek Yogurt – I don’t see it everywhere, but when it’s available we always pick up a big tub. Luc ate at least a cup of it tonight!
